Recognizing capabilities in project organizing and international marketing as our own core competence, we, Tokyo Boeki Development Ltd.(TBDL), are formulating and utilizing the business models, with which we aim to maximize the synergistic effect of creating projects and promoting marketing.

As a project organizer:

Every single project is made up of various factors each indispensable for completion, for instance, sales of its products, construction of a production plant, import of raw materials, financial arrangements etc.
Instead of conducting each of the above business activities separately, we are aiming at building up such independent factors comprehensively into a completed project of our own.

In a typical case, for a government or a local foreign company with abundant natural resources but lacking in technical capabilities (in some cases, including capability of raising fund), we build up a scheme under which newest technologies and funds are introduced and its products are exported or sold domestically and the investment return is securely collected.

In many cases, we not only establish a project, but also proceed to capital participation as a partner and thus by continuously involving in the project, contribute to profitability and stability of the joint venture.

As a marketing specialist:

By keeping up "on L/C basis" in our sales, we minimize the risks involved in account receivables and excess stocks and inventories.

Our marketing research, reliability of which we are proud of, usually includes careful on-the-spot surveys, depending on the circumstances, in addition to the normal procedures of survey for assurance of transportation and logistics and overall cost calculations.

By constructing a project supported by sufficient marketing consideration, we can ensure the construction of highly realizable and profitability-conscious projects.

Tokyo Boeki Development Ltd. was established in 1972 as the Overseas Project Division of Tokyo Boeki Ltd. and has since been participating in a number of arge scale projects mainly in the heavy chemical industrial sector.
By positively involving in the activities in the international market, we have enhanced our original marketing capabilities in the sectors related to iron and steel, and natural gas.
At the same time, by taking part in many large scale projects as the organizer, we have accumulated our achievements and experiences as the project organizer and with such expertise, developmentally became independent of Tokyo Boeki Ltd. in 1994.

We are working hard to organize and set up large scale projects which contribute industrial development suh as a project using new technology and Indian natural resources so as to contribute to Indian industrialization.
